Insoptics specializes in optical monitoring systems and plasma emission monitors, establishing ourselves as a leading player in control equipment for plasma processes. Our core products are embedded monochromatic and broadband monitoring systems designed to control the performance of optical coatings during the deposition process.

By leveraging our in-house developments, including custom detectors, electronics, and specialized software, Insoptics delivers solutions that significantly improve production efficiency and the quality of optical coatings.

Our Journey

Foundation

Insoptics was founded in 2020 by a group of professionals, each with decades of combined experience in the creation and control of optical coatings and plasma processes. Driven by a shared desire to apply their expertise, the founders meticulously built an innovative technology platform aimed at solving complex challenges in monitoring and controlling thin-film coating processes, ultimately enhancing the efficiency and competitiveness of companies worldwide.

First Steps & Early Success

In our initial phase, we navigated challenges such as limited financial resources and the crucial need to secure our first clients. However, the founders' unwavering commitment and belief in their vision quickly led to acquiring our first customers in Italy, Germany, and Lithuania. This early success not only fostered deep customer loyalty but also established a robust foundation for continuous product development and enhancement.

Pioneering Product Launch

Also in 2020, Insoptics launched its inaugural product: optical monitors for mixed monitoring. This groundbreaking system introduced a new class of optical monitors, uniquely combining the benefits of both single-wavelength and broadband monitoring. Developed directly in response to customer requests, its intuitive interface and high functionality quickly attracted our first users.

Growth and Development

In the years that followed, Insoptics experienced active growth, significantly expanding its product line. We introduced plasma monitors, effectively broadening our market reach and customer base. Simultaneously, we relentlessly pursued improvements in the reliability and functionality of our optical monitors, notably localizing critical components such as photodetectors and cameras for optical monitoring in-house.

Insoptics Today

Today, Insoptics continues its dynamic development, integrating the latest technologies and expanding its global footprint. We are actively developing new products, such as our non-patterned wafer inspection system for defect detection, alongside enhancing existing solutions, including single-wavelength inspection systems for the 2.5-5 µm range. We are immensely proud of our achievements and look to the future with confidence, committed to our journey toward industry leadership.

Our deep practical experience and understanding of optical coating formation processes from UV to far IR for specific applications like multiband filters, linear tunable filters, telecommunication DWDM, and narrowband IR for the 8-12 µm range, have resulted in invaluable know-how. This expertise directly influences the quality and stability of our customers' results.

Our product development prioritizes maximum customization. Insoptics engineered a unique hardware platform comprising 8 electronic modules. This modular design offers exceptional flexibility, enabling us to solve the most complex technical challenges while remaining cost-effective and satisfying any customer's specific requirements.

Furthermore, the integration of an advanced logging system in our products significantly enhances service quality and reduces downtime in the event of any unforeseen issues.
